Hatha Yoga a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow. Hatha Yoga has shown to improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength in a slow controlled environment, while helping to relax the mind, body, and soul.
